I have so much gratitude for the parent coaching series I did with Jackie. I learned about myself and why I react and feel the way I do, in regards to parenting. We were able to connect the dots around generations of parenting and how that affected me and my children. I learned about the nervous system and why I react the way I do. I forgave myself for parenting mistakes, realizing I really did the best I could with the tools I had. And I learned that it’s really not too late, ever, to heal generational trauma and continue parenting even my adult child in a healthy more conscious way.
